ArtQuickest Way to Install PSE Actions
1. Close PSE if you have it open.
2. Find your specific PSE actions folder by doing a search on your computer for the “Photo Effects” folder, without the quotation marks.
3. Select all of the action files and copy & paste them to the Photo Effects folder.
4. Do a computer search for “ThumbDatabase.db3″ without the quotation marks.
5. Delete the ThumbDatabase.db3 file.
6. Reboot your computer. Most people can skip this step, but sometimes this does the trick.
7. Load up PSE. It will take a few minutes and then all your actions will show up in the actions palette! :)
